The Wanda Hendricks-Bellamy Student Leadership Conference was established in 1998, by co-founders Dr. Anita Davis-Defoe, the late Wanda Hendricks-Bellamy, and the late Lottie B. Gibson, as an opportunity for TRIO students to enhance leadership skills, engage in civic opportunities, develop themselves professionally, and network with other TRIO students and professionals. During the conference, it is our goal to provide quality leadership training and expose students to a variety of opportunities through the reflections of the Arts and networking opportunities with other accomplished TRIO Alumni.
